The pack above covers every team. To cut it down to just what's relevant, enter the athlete's birth year or pick the team(s) below — we'll build a tailored version you can print or save.
Not sure which team?
Enter the athlete's birth year and we'll tick the teams they may be eligible for by age. (Final placement always depends on a coach skill assessment — and many athletes suit more than one team.)

Attendance is vital in a team sport like cheerleading — every absence affects the whole team's performance and progression.
Excused absences
- Graded school events
- Illness involving vomiting
- Family bereavement
- Pre-approved absences notified at the start of the season
Unexcused absences
- Homework / revision
- Non-graded school events (e.g. prom)
- Birthday parties
- Conflicts with other clubs
- Transport issues
Red zone: athletes must attend all training sessions in the two weeks leading up to a competition. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
